Objectives

  1. Promotion of the interest of AARDO in the member countries of the region and other countries of the region.
  2. Enrollment of new members of AARDO from among those countries of the region which have not yet joined.
  3. Assisting in the execution of approved work programmes including organisation of seminars, workshops and conferences in the countries of the region.
  4. Identifying the problem areas in the countries of the region and submitting recommendations to the Headquarters of AARDO for implementation of projects/conducting studies in the countries of the region.
  5. Representing AARDO at national and international meetings, seminars, conferences and workshops in the home country or the neighbouring countries as may be directed by the headquarters; and
  6. Functioning as data bank for information required by headquarters and disseminating information regarding AARDO's activities.
