Post-Training Evaluation

To judge the impact of AARDO's training programmes on the participants of its member countries, the Organization utilized the services of specialized institutions to conduct post-training evaluation studies. In this regard, Bangladesh Academy for Rural Development (BARD), Bangladesh from Asia region conducted study on Post-Training Utilization of AARDO Human Resources Development Programmes in Bangladesh and Agricultural and Rural Management Training Institute (ARMTI), Nigeria from Africa region conducted study for countries from West and Southern Africa. These institutes have completed the work and submitted their reports.
